Notes from each development campaign on this plug-in, one subdirectory per campaign named for its start date (YYYY-MM-DD). By convention a campaign’s own index.rst links a *scope* file for its design/scope document and any NOTES_* files kept as running notes while it unfolds – neither is required if a campaign’s page is self-contained.
