Campaigns
=========

Notes from each development campaign on this plug-in, one subdirectory per
campaign named for its start date (``YYYY-MM-DD``). By convention a
campaign's own ``index.rst`` links a ``*scope*`` file for its design/scope
document and any ``NOTES_*`` files kept as running notes while it unfolds --
neither is required if a campaign's page is self-contained.
